AirSewa is an initiative by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India.
It provides a common platform for air travelers to submit air travel related grievances and seek information about flight or airport operation in India.The features and capabilities of AirSewa include the following:Submit & Track Grievances: User can submit grievances for selected categories (E.g.: Airline, Airport) and track them Check Flight Status: Check the live flight status of all current inbound and outbound flightsFlight Schedule: Check time table for all inbound and outbound flights operating for a specific routeAirport Information and Services: Check the services available in the selected airport.
